Saguaro Transport provides HIPAA-ready medical and pharmaceutical courier services. When handling Protected Health Information (PHI), we implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards as required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. We execute Business Associate Agreements with healthcare clients and maintain strict chain of custody protocols. PHI is only used and disclosed as permitted by HIPAA and your authorization.
